sometimes the best outcome is simply transcribing the head onto the page not playing it out no realisation no manifestation others can be truly upset take it all personal rejection is a very real and frequent outcome because what has been playing out in this head has not been playing out in their head out of the void without context or forewarning no idea where i am coming from do the work and write down all the background retrace the steps and spell out the thought and the accompanying emotion
