in my memory it tasted better way back then but memory has a way of doing that well let us take the positive form all of this safe to say that what i am putting together in my own kitchen has a better consistency closer to al dente than this still the sauces need work and forget not the difference in output mani has been pumping out the dishes all eveningi have only ever managed four at a sitting
