that is a far superior rose hip tea compared to that teabag chopped liver available at your local tesco affair. by what mechanical processes are they removing the seeds and hairs of the hip to present such a refined tea. perhaps the whole dried to a bone hips are simply ground to powder at an industrial scale. at home i cut, separate and sieve with much love the hand picked rose hips from the wild bushes budding up on the hill.
